We have horses, and since I’ve had them, I know that keeping a horse, even in a perfectly healthy condition, is a considerable expense. If the horse is racing – we have an English thoroughbred, he has been racing – it is even more. My daughter is just starting to dressage and show jump, and when the horse is still working so hard, it is even more important to keep it well fed and healthy.
If the horse gets injured or sick and a vet has to be called, tens of thousands can easily fly, and if medical intervention or surgery is needed, it can run into hundreds of thousands. On top of that, the horse is off work, you cannot sit on it, it has to rest.
But how can this slow recovery be accelerated? Or to avoid weeks off work or a long recovery after surgery because of a pulled muscle or tendonitis?
As a safe laser distributor, I know exactly what exceptional results lasers can achieve for people’s injuries and recovery. I also want to help horses, which is why we started using soft laser therapy on horses with exceptional results.

Kata Dernovics
equestrian instructor, riding tour guide
I have been working with horses for 25 years, I have been an instructor for 15 years, I run my own riding school, and I look after 25 horses. It is important to me to keep my horses in the best physical and mental health possible,
and if they are injured or sick, to help them as much as possible to recover.
I have completed a course in equine massage and can also effectively help horses heal by treating meridian points. Stress point massage involves finding painful points in the horse’s muscles and treating them. This will improve the horse’s posture, which will prevent the pain from becoming persistent, and also lameness can be improved and prevented.
I have been using laser therapy at home for a very long time, I know that it has a very good effect on the human
the human body, so when Erika asked me to take part in the laser treatment of horses, I was happy to join.
Since then, I have gained a lot of experience in treating horses with lasers: in many cases, the recovery time can be reduced, and surgery can even be avoided.

Being in veterinary medicine for more than 25 years, I came into contact with soft laser devices relatively early on.
Initially I used a low-power laser (150mW), later moving to a 500mW device. I had to be careful with these to ensure safety. The main area of application was the acceleration of wound healing. We clearly experienced faster healing without scarring, in many cases on ourselves. I came into contact with the 1800mW safe laser a few years ago because of my immobility caused by disc lesions. It proved its worth here, after half an hour of treatment I was up and about. Since then, I have been using a 500mW device to treat both family and pets. For small animals the 500mW unit has worked better, the higher power laser is less tolerated (probably due to the heating effect). For small animals we use it mainly to aid wound healing, with fantastic results for wounds that are difficult to heal. We are also increasingly seeing positive effects in locomotor disorders.
The safe laser device is a breakthrough among classic laser devices, and because of its safe and effective use, I can highly recommend it for home treatment.
